Account Policy
Our dental team is delighted that you have chosen us to care for your dental needs. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality of oral health care in the gentlest manner possible.
In the interest of good healthcare practice, it is desirable to establish a credit policy to avoid misunderstandings. Our primary responsibility is to help our patients experience good health, and we wish to spend our time and energy toward that end.
All accounts are due and payable at the time of your visit.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE, we will do our best to estimate how much your insurance will cover and you will be responsible for the remaining balance. As a courtesy to you, we are happy to bill your insurance company for you when you provide us with your current information. Please understand that the amount reimbursed by your insurance company is based on a contract between you, your employer and the insurance carrier. Even though we will do our best to provide you with a *guesstimate” as to how much the insurance will pay and to collect all payments from your insurance company, we cannot be responsible for how your insurance will pay. Ultimately, YOU are responsible for payment of your account.
IF YOU ARE UNINSURED, our office is pleased to provide you with three easy payment options:
- A 5% Discount will be applied to all services paid in full on the date of service with Cash or Check.
- A 2% Discount will be applied to all services paid in full on the date of service with a Credit Card. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- 6 Month Payment Plan: ¼ down payment is due on the date of service and the remaining balance is due within 6 months in equal monthly payments. All payments are due on or before the 20" of each month.
- Accounts will be assessed a $35 charge plus applicable bank fees for any checks returned unpaid.
IMPLANTS:
Some insurance companies pay as much as 50% for this procedure. A minimum of ½ of the total balance is due on the prep date regardless of insurance coverage.
